These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without reference to its conflicts of law rules. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of United States of America and/or the State Courts located in Los Angeles, California.
