Letter from Chad McClellan to Walter O’Malley

Chad McClellan was the chief negotiator selected to represent the City and County of Los Angeles during the negotiations with Walter O’Malley and the Dodgers. McClellan was president and principal owner of the Old Colony Paint & Chemical Company, Los Angeles. He served three years as the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Affairs for the Eisenhower Administration.
