Hideo Nomo’s Authentic 1996 Dodger Home Jersey presented to Peter O’Malley

The baseball world was excited to see what would happen in Chapter 2 of “Nomomania,” the wave that swept from Los Angeles to Tokyo during Hideo Nomo’s Rookie of the Year season in 1995. The following year was a chance for a settled in Nomo to continue his success with the Dodgers and he came through once again. Nomo won 16 games for the Dodgers in 1996, 3 more than in his first season. This is Nomo’s home Dodger jersey from 1996, which includes the patch worn by the Dodgers during their 35th Anniversary of Dodger Stadium. Nomo presented this jersey to his friend Peter O’Malley as a gift.
