On December 12, 1961, Walter O’Malley, Chad McClellan, Chairman of Opening Ceremonies Committee, and Angels Chairman and part-owner Bob Reynolds smile over a model of Dodger Stadium, set to open for the 1962 season. O’Malley, owner of the Dodgers wears an Angels hat and Reynolds, the Angel president, wears a Dodger cap. The Angels would play their home games in Dodger Stadium from 1962-1965.
